Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development and Client Relationship Manager. This role is pivotal in driving new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and overseeing project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Research and identify potential clients across the food, hospitality, retail, and office sectors.
Proactively approach target companies, introduce our company and services, and develop opportunities for collaboration.
Represent the company at networking events, industry exhibitions, and client meetings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs, provide tailored fit-out solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Act as the link between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
Project Coordination:
Liaise with clients to understand project requirements for new shop/branch openings or refurbishments.
Collaborate with the project management team to organize and oversee fit-out projects from start to finish.
Ensure timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress using CRM tools.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and client accounts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in the construction, fit-out, or retail sectors).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Knowledge of commercial fit-out projects is an advantage.
